Coconut burfi


This is so easy and quick and delicious too.

Ingredients
3 cups desiccated coconut
395 ml can condensed milk
½ cup crushed pistachio

Method
- Leave aside 3 tbsp of coconut and 1 tbsp of pistachio for rolling later.
- In a non stick pan, mix the remaining coconut, condensed milk and pistachio.
- Stir continuously on a low flame for 5 – 8 minutes. (Be careful not to burn the mixture)
- Remove from heat. Wet your hands with cold water and roll into balls when mixture is still warm.
- Coat balls with coconut and pistachio previously left aside.
- Makes about 25 – 30 burfis.
