Chilli chicken

This was sent to me by one of my students.Send me a pic if you try it out.

To 1 chicken, add:

1)1 (tsp-teaspoon) garlic paste
2)1 tsp ginger paste
3)chilli and haldi(turmeric)powder according to ur taste
4)1 egg
5)tandoori powder,(red colour )( get it any indian grocery store)
6)aginomoto,1 pinch(optional-check for expiry)
7)salt and garam masala powder(1/4th teaspoon)
8)soya sause(1 tsp-teaspoon)
9)corn flour (4 to 5 tablespoon)
10)Maida (flour) (2 tablespoon-optional)
Marinate these ingridients into the chicken prior to 1 hour before cooking.....either fry or grill.


For extra flavour do the following

to a vessel-add a little oil,few curry leaves,3-4 tablespoon of tomato sauce and add the fried chicken as mentioned above...cook for 3-4 min on low flame......the chicken is now ready to serve
