Easy apple crumble


Ingredients:
2 cups diced apples

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

¾ tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. salt

1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 egg

½ cup oil

1tsp. vanilla

Method:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9" or 10" round pan with oil or butter.

Sprinkle diced apples with the sugar, set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, beat the egg. Mix in the oil and vanilla. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture, until well mixed. Add apples.

Spread batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 35 minutes.

Add a handful of oats with the flour.It turns out very sweet and gooey.Reduce the sugar to 3/4 th cup if you wish. Doesn't look great but tastes great.
