
-425 gms tuna can mixed with 3-4 large boiled potatoes
- 1 large onion thinly sliced
-handful of coriander leaves
-3-7 red/green chillies as required,
-1 egg and a cup of breadcrumbs....not to forget salt to taste.
Squeeze half a lemon if you like the tang.Mix all.
Breadcrumbs can be added or reduced as you see fit.
Fry in hot oil and serve with steamed dhal with rice or Salad.
