Simple pineapple cake

2 cups (350g) self raising flour
1 cup (220g) caster sugar
450g (14oz) tin crushed pineapple

Sift flour into a mixing bowl and combine with sugar. Add pineapple (entire contents of the tin) and mix well. Pour into a greased 22cm (9 inch) cake tin and bake at 180C/360F for 30 minutes.
