Sticky Pork Ribs:
Serves 4
* 4 Large racks pork ribs (Amercan-style ribs on the bone)
* 1/4 cup (60g) Ketjap manis (also known as kecap manis)
* 1/2 cup (140g) Tomato Ketchup
* 1/2 cup (140g) BBQ Sauce
Place ribs on a large double paper lined baking tray. In a bowl, combine the ketjap manis, tomato ketchup & BBQ sauce. Pour over the ribs, turning to coat. Cover the tray with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours. When nearly ready to cook, preheat, the oven to 180C/36-F. Remover the cling film and bake the ribs for about 50 minutes, turning and basting occasionally. To serve, cut between the ribs to separate.
