Spinach-Pumpkin soup

Ingredients:
1 cup palak chopped
1 cup pumpkin grated
1 onion chopped
1 cube cheese
some corinder or mint leaves
1 tsp butter
pepper and salt to taste
2 flakes of garlic
Method:
1 Melt butter in a sauce pan.Add onions and palak .Saute till transparent .then add crushed garlic.and grated pumpkin.fry till the raw smell disappers.
2.Now blend all this in a blender.
3 .Transfer this in a pan and with stirring cook till it boils. Don't let it burn.
4.grate some cheese and add to it .
5.stir continuosly till u get a pleasant aroma of cooked pumpkin.
6 add salt and pepper to taste .
7.while serving sprinkle some grated cheese and some toast with cheese as topping.
