Rave Vade/ Rava Vada

Rave Vade/ Rava Vada

Ingredients:
1 cup rava
1/4 cup curds
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
2 onions finely chopped
small piece of ginger finely chopped
salt to taste

Method:

Roast rava on medium flame till you get a nice aroma and let the rava cool
To the cooled rava mixture add the curds, salt, green chillies and ginger and mix well.
Leave the mixture for 2 mins.
If the mixture is not upto the vada consistency, add some water and mix well.
make small balls of the above mixture and pat them lightly with your hands and deep fry them in oil on medium flame till golden brown.
