Ingredients:
1cup rice flour
1 cup grtaed carrots,avare kalu(deskinned n boiled ), chopped onions,( all together )
1 tsp chopped green chillies , ginger.
1/2 cup methi or palak leaves chopped .
salt to taste
Method
Mix all these together with little water to a thick dough as to spread roti on a banana leaf.
fry with banana leaf on tawa.
as it frys the leaf leaves the sides.
cook on both sides till crispy
