Greens stir fry

Greens( spinach/ bokchoy /mixed greens) Stir fry:

• Clean and cut the greens into a size that pleases you.
• Put 1 tbsp oil in a pan. When hot ,season with 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
• Add the diced garlic and toss till brown.
• Add greens and cover for a few minutes.
• Remove the lid and add salt to taste and serve.
• At this stage, you could also add some cooked moong dal if you wish. This is optional.
