Jelly Slice

We have many get togethers in the College I teach and I have found that this dessert is an all-time favourite .

Ingredients:

-1 Packet Arrowroot biscuits.

-250 gm butter.

-250 gm creamcheese.

-500 ml jelly (colour of your choice…preferably red)

-1 can condensed milk.

-Gelatine-2tsps.

· -Melt butter and mix with finely crushed biscuits. Put into a flat baking dish. Put in fridge for half an hour to set.

· - Mix cream cheese with 1 can sweet condensed milk. Blend well. Add gelatine to help set. Pour onto biscuit mixture. Put in fridge for half hour to set.

· Make jelly .When cool, pour over set cream cheese mixture. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
