Chicken noodles-hokkein

Chicken & sweet soy stir-fry

450g hokkien noodles
1 tbl peanut oil
3 cups chicken cooked chopped coarsley (510g)
6 green sprouts
2 c bean sprouts
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1/4cup kecap manis

-Place noodles in small heatproof bowl.
-Cover with boiling water, separate with folk, drain
-Heat oil in wok or large frying pan;cook chicken,onion
& garlic until chicken is heated through.
-Add noodles, sprouts & combined stock, sauce & kecap manis
Stir-fry until noodles heated through.

Serves 4.
