Garlic Potato Bake

Ingredients:

4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1cm slices
1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese (reserve ½ cup)
1 tbsp. crushed Garlic
250ml ( 70z) sour cream

Step 1. Preheat oven to 180°C/360F.
Step 2.Lightly steam potatoes for 15 minutes, or until just soft, set aside.
Step 3.Combine cheese, garlic and sour cream in a bowl. Line the base of a baking dish with the steamed potato. Alternate a layer of potatoes with liquid.
Step 4.Top with reserved cheese and bake for 30–40 minutes or until tender.
