Ingredients: (From 4 ingredients)
500g (1 Pound) lean ground beef / mince
3 free range eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup of breadcrumbs (gluten free if required / or grate multi grain bread)
4 1/2 tbsp. tomato paste – Plus (reserve an extra tablespoon)
Method
1Preheat oven to 180C/340F. Mix all ingredients together and place in a parchment paper/ baking paper lined rectangular baking dish. Spread all reserved tomato paste on top of meatloaf.
Bake for 50 minutes or until lightly golden on top . Serve hot with vegetables, salad or mash potato. This is also great to freeze and taste great as is.
