Savoury scrolls

SAVOURY SCROLLS:

4 Ingredients USA Cookbook page 32 " A recipe from the fabulous Lisa Darr"

2 Tbs tomato paste
1 Sheet puff pastry just thawed
2 Slices Bacon chopped & lightly fried
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350F/180C.

Spread tomato paste over the sheet of puff pastry, then scatter the bacon and cheese over the tomato paste. Roll into a log and then cut cross ways into a pinwheel " 1 inch thick" . Place on a baking sheet lined tray and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
