Carrot halwa


Carrot Halwa
2 cups grated carrot
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 tbsps ghee
some dry fruits of ur choice

Method-:
1. In a Non- stick pan add grated carrots and milk and bring it to a boil .
and cook it allmost done.
2.Then add sugar and on a medium flame, stir continuously till the mixture becomes semi-solid.
3.add ghee and stir as before till the halwa leaves the sides of the vessel.
4. fry the dry fruits in ghee and add to the halwa .
5. serve it cold or warm.
