Chilli Paneer

Chilli Paneer

• 250 gms. Paneer. – cubed & fried
• 1medium. Green pepper- diced
• 3-4. Green chilies-chopped
• 1/4 cup. Celery
• 1tsp. Chili sauce
• 1tbsp. Vegetarian oyster sauce
• 1tbsp. Sweet sauce
• 11/2 tsp. Cornflour - mixed with 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup. Spring onions- chopped
• 3cloves. Garlic- chopped
• 2tbsp. Oil and oil for frying
Heat oil and fry garlic till fragrant .
Add celery, green chilies, pepper and half the spring onions.
Add sauces and cornflour paste .
Add paneer just before serving.
Mix till paneer is coated with sauce and serve immediately
Garnish with spring onions
