Shahi Paneer
500gms Paneer- cubes
3medium Onions-chopped
2tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
2medium Tomatoes-chopped
2large Tomatoes-blended
1tbsp Curry powder
1tsp Red chili powder
2tbsp Tomato ketchup
1tsp Garam Masala-optional
1cup Full Cream Milk
3tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Heat oil and fry the onions until they start to turn brown.
Add ginger and garlic paste.
Fry well and add the chopped and blended tomatoes.
Fry for about 2 minutes.
Add all the remaining ingredients and cook till the masala coats the paneer.
Serve hot with any Indian bread of choice.
