Pavlova

Marshmallow Pavlova.


4 eggs whites
2 cups castor sugar
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 tablespoons boiling water.

Pre-heat oven to 150C.
Beat all ingredients together until sugar is dissolved and mixture is thick and firm....approx 15 mins.
Mound on baking paper-lined tray.
Bake for 45 mins .Turn off heat and leave in oven for another 45 mins.
Im sure you all know to top it with unsweetened whipped cream and sliced fruits of your choice, plus passionfruit pulp!
