Carrot cake

Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 kg carrot - scraped
1/2 cup walnut
100 gm raisins (soak in rum or brandy)
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder

Method:
Beat eggs, sugar, oil together add all the rest and mix well
Bake at 180 deg for 50 minutes.
